1. Scope of Services
Indoortec provides interior design, execution support, and home or office automation solutions. All services are subject to project-specific proposals, agreements, and timelines mutually agreed upon with the customer.
2. Project Handover & Service Commencement
Service-related obligations commence from the official project handover or completion date communicated by Indoortec. Customers are required to inspect the work upon handover and notify Indoortec of any concerns within a reasonable period.
3. Limitation of Liability
Indoortec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, business interruption, or loss of profits. The customer’s sole remedy, if any, shall be limited to corrective measures determined by Indoortec.
4. Exclusions
Indoortec shall not be responsible for issues arising due to:
- Natural calamities or acts of God (including earthquakes, floods, fire, or cyclones)
- Vandalism, misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer or third parties
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Structural defects, existing construction issues, or prior workmanship
- Environmental factors, surface conditions, or contamination
- Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications by non-approved parties
5. Repairs & Inspections
Indoortec reserves the right to inspect reported issues before undertaking any repair or corrective action. Customers shall not tamper with, modify, or repair the affected area prior to inspection. Indoortec may appoint its own personnel or authorized contractors for inspection or repair.
6. Timelines & Delays
Indoortec will make reasonable efforts to complete corrective work promptly; however, delays caused by material availability, site conditions, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen circumstances shall not attract liability.
7. Alternative Arrangements
Indoortec is not responsible for providing temporary accommodation or alternate arrangements during repair or maintenance activities. Customers shall make their own arrangements if required.
8. Product Availability
Any repair or replacement is subject to availability of materials, finishes, styles, and technologies at the time of service. Discontinued or obsolete products may be replaced with comparable alternatives at Indoortec’s discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, logos, images, text, and materials are the intellectual property of Indoortec unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Third-Party Services
Indoortec may use or integrate third-party tools and platforms for analytics, communication, or automation. Indoortec is not responsible for the policies, performance, or content of such third-party services.
